When I was younger I loved helping set up the ofrenda, it was a family activity we would do all together. During the end of October 2021 I went to Mexico to visit my grandmother. On this trip just me and my grandma made the altar together. This trip helped me realize that this is a special tradition that we should appreciate because it brings families together.
