2027 Solo Exhibition Residency

The Solo Exhibition Residency at Las Fotos Project supports artists in presenting a cohesive body of work through the process of developing and curating a solo exhibition. Through one-on-one mentorship, critical dialogue, and hands-on production, artists learn how to conceptualize, plan, produce, and present a cohesive body of work within a contemporary exhibition context.

This process encourages artists to deepen their creative voice while exploring their artistic vision and topics that matters most to them. Throughout the residency, participants build both creative and professional skills in writing, project planning, and presentation—tools that extend beyond the gallery and into future creative and professional work.

This exhibition is made possible thanks to The Arnold and Augusta Newman Foundation.
