Las Fotos Project presents Fall 2023: Student Culmination Opening Reception
Join us for the opening reception of our Fall 2023 Student Culmination exhibitions featuring artwork created by youth in our three unique photography cohorts: Esta Soy Yo, Digital Promotoras, and Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities (CEO).
Event Program:
12:00 PM - Doors Open
12:30 PM - Esta Soy Yo Artist Panel: Moderated talks led by our youth artists centered around self-expression.
2:30 PM - Digital Promotoras Talk: Student discussions about their projects and relationship to documentary photography.
4:30 PM - CEO Roundtable: A forum and mixer featuring our youth entrepreneurs.
6:00 PM - Reception and Mixer
These special exhibitions feature artwork from: Esta Soy Yo - Beyond The Surface which brings the matter of self expression in gender, as well as the influences of those who surround us; Digital Promotoras - Shaping Perspectives where photographers document the members of the subcultures which have influenced them integrally; and CEO - Developing The Moment showcases collaboration with both peers and practicing professionals to explore industry level digital photography techniques and business basics as part of our Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities (CEO) program.
This event is FREE and open to the public.

Acompáñanos para la recepción de nuestras exhibiciones de Culminación Estudiantil de Otoño de 2023 que presentan obras de arte creadas por jóvenes en nuestros tres grupos de fotografía: Esta Soy Yo, Digital Promotoras y Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities (CEO).

12:00 PM. - Puertas abiertas
12:30 PM - Panel de Esta Soy Yo: Discusiones dirigidas por nuestros artistas centradas en la autoexpresión.
2:30 PM - Discusiones de Digital Promotoras: Discusiones de los estudiantes sobre sus proyectos y su relación con la fotografía documental.
4:30 PM - Mesa redonda de CEO: un foro y reunión con nuestros jóvenes emprendedores.
6:00 PM - Recepción
Estas exposiciones especiales presentan obras de arte de: Esta Soy Yo - Más allá de la superficie, que aborda la cuestión de la autoexpresión en el género, así como las influencias de quienes nos rodean; Digital Promotoras - Dando forma a las perspectivas,
donde las fotógrafas documentan a los miembros de las subculturas que los han influenciado integralmente; y CEO: Desarrollando el momento, muestra la colaboración con compañeros y profesionales para explorar técnicas de fotografía digital a nivel industrial y conceptos básicos de negocios como parte de nuestro programa Creative Entrepreneurship Opportunities (CEO).
